Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers for your day in, day out commitment to sustainable recreation, healthy landscapes, fire mitigation, and youth stewardship education.

Never has the need for trail and wetlands restoration and fire mitigation been more apparent than during the pandemic where usage of our region’s most popular trails has doubled - or tripled - and climate change has ravaged our public lands.

REFLECTIONS FROM THE FIELD

The wildflowers are blooming, aspen trees are quaking, and Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers is in full summer swing with an August brimming with awesome volunteer opportunities!

NOW THAT THE SNOW is almost gone from the mountains, we’re excited to be back working at higher elevations, especially up in the Crystal River Valley!

THAT’S RIGHT – SUMMER IS HERE! And remember, there's no better way to see new places and return to those you love than by volunteering with RFOV.
