The journey to becoming a good steward can begin at any age! RFOV has a variety of programs suited for families with young children, with fun outdoor activities led by our experienced education staff.
Family-Friendly Community Projects
These projects, available throughout our season from May-October, have tasks and activities that are great fit for the whole family.
Activities might include planting, seeding, clean-up, mulching, weeding, trimming and more! Gloves, tools and thoughtful instruction are always provided.

Little Explorers Community Projects
Este programa, que se ofrece junto con varios proyectos comunitarios durante la temporada de proyectos, está dirigido a nuestros alumnos más pequeños, de entre 4 y 8 años. Mientras los padres o tutores participan en el proyecto comunitario, los educadores de RFOV guiarán a los alumnos en juegos estructurados en la naturaleza, actividades y descubrimientos relacionados con el tema del proyecto del día.
