Description: Friendship Park is an incredible micro-park directly within the heart of Carbondale, but the park is in need of some updates and maintenance. Come join RFOV as we partner with Rebekah Lodge for a park revitalization to make this park ADA accessible, plant new trees and flowers, spread mulch and crusher fines and lay down flagstones! Hard work is better when shared, so bring your friends along!
Registration: All participants of all ages must be registered individually.
Waiver: All participants must complete a waiver.
Cancellation: It takes a lot of staff and project partner time to plan and organize volunteer events. If you need to cancel, we ask that you let us know by emailing info@rfov.org 48 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Worksite Location: This project will take place at a worksite that is 100 to 200 feet away from the parking lot and will require volunteers to traverse over flat ground.
