Adopt A Trail

Each year, RFOV gives individuals, families and local businesses the opportunity to financially adopt favorite trails by contributing a donation that covers the costs of needed maintenance or restoration projects. Trail adoptions generally range from $3,000 to $5,000 depending on the trail work needed. Some donors also choose to co-adopt trails with others or to make an adoption in honor of a friend or family member.

Financial adopters are not expected to work on the trail themselves, rather, their donations help RFOV mobilize volunteer groups to complete needed stewardship projects.

Please contact our Development Director, Kelsey Brasseur, to learn more about financial trail adoptions.
